I have Mazda cx9-2019, 48000 miles on it. I had this smart brake system malfunction and front radar sensory system malfunction signs coming on intermittently for few weeks, then red brake sign also started coming on and off. went to Jeff Has Mazda Dealership /service IN Katy Tx. Technician diagnosis" brake fluid was very low, rear brakes below mins specifications' Recommended and did brake fluid flush and rear brakes shoes replacing with resurfacing of rotors. Problem solved.
I would suggest checking brakes, topping brake fluid , bring tire pressure to standard level and car wash /clean can solve this issue if no damage to front emblem or grill.
