slow Mp3

ok i have a yellow mp3 with and obx 4:1 header and injen cold air intake a twm short shifter 8.5mm wires with plugs carbon fiber hood but i need it to go faster does anyone have any tip on intake cams of light weight pulleys or cam gears or exhaust that would help me out with power without spending 1000 dollars???

I also have a Garrett T-28 turbo with intercooler and BOV for sale and would be willing to ship it anyone is interested. i bought it used but never put it on i can not find anyone around here that knows anything about how to install a turbo and im not willing to put the rest of the money in the other parts i need to get it going. the intercooler and BOV is universal no top notch stuff but the turbo is in good shape the shaft and wheels are all tight. Please email me for pictures or questions Jaytee@atmc.net i would take 225 for the tubo w/ intercooler and BOV.

well first of all welcome to the forums. second u got a nice car, should post some pics of it if u can. 3rd mp3s are just slow.... i learned that the hard way. u can do every na mod there is n just run 15s n mayb if ur good enough hit high 14s. theres really no where to go but turbo if u want speed. ask around the forced injection section of the forum, thers alot of people whos alrdy turbo and willing to help u out. also for the turbo, u can try to look around the site, theres alot of people partin out their msp... which means u might be able to find some parts for ur turbo if ur goin to do it. n also last if ur goin to sell plz follow the f/s rules, have to put a pic of the product and have a paper with ur account name and date. n again welcome to the mazda forum home of the well known clunker.

No the shaft and turbine wheels are extremly tight no play in them at all.

I know you don't want to hear it, but a turbo is the only real way to get decent power. Cam's are not going to do as much as you would like and to get a lot out of N/A, you'll end up spending a decent amount anyway, probably more then turbo. I have been turboed for over 2 years with zero issues, so it is not as bad as people think when you do it right. Good luck with whatever you do(thumb)

Yeah JT the only real way to make power is going to be turbo. If you go with a good kit you shouldn't really have that many problems.

I'll hit you up tomorrow and you can swing by the house since im back from school.
