Siruis offer

Does anyone know if the offer for the free tuner and Antenna offer is still good? I tried to call siruis and they said they never hurd of such a program.

Someone here said it's over. Hell of a deal, though. I got the tuner, antenna and free installation just for signing up for a year!!

yea i heard the same (that the deal is over) i am now wanting to finally get sirius but, its too late... i guess!!!!

If i am not mistaken, that offer was not directly through Sirius. Rather, it was a promotion from http://www.americansatellite.com (@ least thats where i went to get mine activated w. free equipment). Maybe you can try to call them up and ask if they would still honor the offer?

WOO HOO! so what all is required to have sat. radio? aka activation fee. how much is installation???

to get the tuner/antenna for free, you need to sign up for a 1 yr subscription.. and installation is free if you do it yourself 1 yr is about 150$

You dont //have// to pay the full 1-year in advance though. You could go month-to-month as long as you dont cancel before the 1-year is up. (or did it change?) Man, i love my sirius..I havnt even dared to tune into the local radio at ALL in about 11 months (since i got it!)

[BTW, installation is nothing more than plugging a single cable into your headunit and the antenna cable into the reciever.]

Ok after making 5 phone calls to 888-999-4551 I was able to find someone to order me a tuner and a antenna it was alot of work but I think it's finaly on it's way...I hope!!!!

Now i also emailed Mazda corperate office and they told me they are going to contact Sirius and let them know that they should not be giving us Speed owners a hard time. I also think if you do call and they are giving you a hard time go to mazdausa.com and email them.. Let me tell you it took mazda only 1 day to get back with me thats alsome service....

So i just got off the phone with amanda the girl who placed my order yesturday for the Tuner and antenna and she told me that they ran out of the moldels they were giving speed owners,So what they are doing now is finding out what product to give the remaining speed owners. I was told I would get a call this week sometime...I keep everyone informed....

Ok, there's no "Amanda" but there IS an Amber. (she said she spoke to you so I'm guessin it's the same girl) Anyway, she reiterated that they're out of stock and that the outlook is bleek. She did, however, take my # and agree to call me tomorrow to let me know whether or not they're going to be able to hook us up.

So ask for AMBER.
