Sirius not working

Hey guys I recently purchased a 09 ms3. On the dash it has the Sat button but when I press it nothing happens. Is there something that I need to add to the factory HU to activate my sirius? When trying to acquire my esn it goes into auto m mode. Please help

U need to call sirius and setup the account with ur name and info then they will activate it!

You have to use the esn number to set up and its not there

If its a factory radio they can give it to u off of ur vin number
