single din gauge mounting plates

Hello all, I have seen a few people running 2000 na miata cubby slots in one of their din spots. My question is would a gauge mounting plate from same year miata also work without lots of cutting/ fabbing? I'm tired of my gauge cluster pods covering my line of site to my cel and getting hit with extra absurdly bright gauges while I'm driving all night.

I did see the one by glowshift that apparently fits but I'm not really a fan of the angled look as it doesn't look as clean IMO.

Thanks for any help anyone offers

I have just made this one up. Modeled it on Rhino and then 3D printed it and then painted it.

Does it fit your rx7? (If that's your rx7 in your pic lol) if it does then I can use miata single din gauge mounting plates

Ha, i wish! Its just standard DIN format. So 57mm x 188mm so it slots right in as if it is a stereo. I will then mount it to the interior to fix it. It fits my sport20 and no doubt RX7.

I made a custom one for my din outta a thin piece of black plastic and Velcroed it and looks decent. Does anyone actually make one to for in the msp din under the radio? I kinda like the look of the gauges aiming towards me. Mine faces straight out and is hard to read boost/vac
