since when is this music

This is why I don't listen to the radio anymore. I'm not a hater, and give them props for inginuity, but what kind of messages are they perpetuating? bulls***? I didn't even know what that song was until Sam sent it to me in this as a joke on my birthday. His gift was laughter..lol!:...

Yah, I wish it was a joke. You can't turn on the radio without hearing that song...

"Super soak that Oooooooooo." (jerkit)

Say it ain't so... Lil' Wayne does not have a ghost writer. Jedi Mind Tricks is fierce. I bought two of his albums; I love his delivery, but that dude is so full of hatred. Islamic Extremist FTL...

One of the most impressive displays of wordplay I've ever heard was Canibus' album 'Rip The Jacker'. I swear he had his rhymebook in one hand and a dictionary in another. I'd link it, but I'm lazy...

My thoughs exactly. excellent wordsmith, crap message!

So let me just do a pre-emptive strike here..

While this man is is telling the truth about a lot of the rappers out there, I don't like the fact that it is centered on race. I agree with his points, but I think it is more of ignorant people buying into the bulls*** and error, not just white folks.

Its not jus the ignorant white folks, its the ignorant black folks to who call for Don Imus head when he calls black women hoes but don't bat an eyelash when a famous rapper does it.

Race is a touchy issue but I plan to do my part by teaching my kids someday to respect themselves and respect others.

Its annoying how people think there opinion is the best. Just because you don't like his music and you don't think its rap, doesn't mean it isn't. Songs from soulja boi and other people are made to dance to, not to sit around and critique. The song by Immortal technique is good if people are in the club or wherever and want to dance, they aren't gonna play Immortal technique. There are different kinds of rap as there are different kinds of rock or metal.

thats the second time you brought up the fact that you dont like peoples "opinions"...dude it is an opinion based thread...what exactly do you want people to post thats not an opinion? And I dont think anyone here is talking down on anyone elses opinion because they think their's is the best...Everyone is just commenting and giving everyone else the same respect and letting them comment. No one has gotten flamed over what they've said.

Why dont you read your own quotes? this last one is the only one that I thought was annoying because the person who wrote it thinks their opinion is the right one. You didnt write anything original or anything that wasnt opinion based...

i was thinking about some songs that really blow you away lyrically in sense of originality, and it would have to be this: <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/eiBoK92tmh8"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/eiBoK92tmh8" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>
