...I could't pass up the opportunity to add a good ol' 323GTX to mine. She set me back a whopping $200. She's about 90% complete and fairly rough. Though the body is straight and there is only minute rust, though at some point the passenger side was rebuilt with parts from a red car.

The current plans are to part this one out, though that's up in the air at the moment....it really all depends on how the Tracer project progresses. I'll be holding on to the shell just in case ;).

You know what would rock? If you got Barry to whip up some of those Full Time 4WD logos for the T-Racer ;)

Do your neighbors just hate you yet? ;)

Sweet find, too bad it's kind of mauled. Parting it out seems like kind of a shame too, but the work to bring it back would be enormous by the looks of it.

Haha, I'm actually in very good standing with the neighbors and the HOA. I put everything away at the end of the day and try not to make it look like a used car lot, hehe.

I could probably have the car running and boosting in a weekend. Whatever parts are missing, I have in my basement. The only thing I'd need to source would be the drive shaft. I'm gonna hold on to the shell in the event that I ever do rebuild it. I really do hate taking apart a car like this what with so few remaining units in existance.

By my count, you have 5 cars and a 2-car garage. Are you keeping all of them at the house, or are some of them tucked away elsewhere?

BTW, how's the Tracer coming? The last update in that thread was a long time ago.

lol...I think Andrew and Kevin are in some sort of 'who owns the most vehicles' competition...

Congrats on the find - you can't beat $200!

LOL kevin's a few points up on the leader board right now haha. I won't be getting anything else any time soon though.

Haha...that's pretty much it. Just 5 for now.

The Tracer is progressing well. I'll be making a GRM build thread when I get to a point where I'm absolutely sure it'll work out.

Certainly. He was going to sell it for $250, but he just wanted it gone. He knocked off $50 AND gave me a beer. Tis a hard deal to beat.

Hey man If you ever need advice just Pm Me. I've just about rebuilt everything in mine. Some of the stuff in there will leave you scratching you head trying to figer out what mazda was thinking.

PS PRAY very hard you don't have to replace the shifter cables. I'd rather do the heater core again.

This car needs to be lovingly brought back to life. $2009 Challenge?

The '09 Challenge will be on the west coast :(. I dunno what I'm gonna do for that one just yet.

Haha, thanks. :) I'm hoping the cables will work as they're necessary for the "project" at hand. So far, everything seems pretty straight forward.

Kevin....you should run rally-x with this car. :D

And who's red Miata is that?
