I had/have all three and they seem common issues. Motor mounts will always fail on the P5 bc they suck. I still haven't replaced the rear (hardest to do) and the EGR is due for another cleaning. I replaced the hot spotted flywheel at 40k (which was made that way from factory with inconsistencies) and a new clutch/bearing. The P5 seems to have these as their main weakness for smooth starts/stops/transitions. Also new ignition made a huge difference at 80k. I also remember someone made a circular throttle cable pulley instead of the elliptical one - don't know if that really smoothed out the application of fuel or not?
