and also i bought mine used and forgot to check the speakers (wat a dumnass --; and realized later on that the kenwood speakers (rear) were taken out and was replaced wit some BOSS speakers and they suck ASS..i mean i wouldnt complain if it sounded good but..it really SUCKS MAJOR ASS..and o ya..does the kartboy shifter bushings really make a big difference??? thx guys

Do yourself a favor. Before you take your friends word on what speakers to buy, listen to them yourself and see if YOU like them. Everybody has their own prefrence. You might spend all your $ on infinity and think their worse than the bose you have now.

Tint, Bushings/short shifter, speakers. I did the first 2 and I'm working on the 3rd. The shifter is short enough to endure for a little while. This car looks SOOOO much better with tint.

Very good advice, I sold speakers for a long time and everyone has a different opinion of each brand.

I will have these soon and from what I hear they give a much better feel when shifting. There are alot of people who have them already and I have heard nothing but good things. The bushings are only $25 usd.

*EDIT - Just ordered mine, $28 even with shipping. If I get them Friday I will install them then, if not it will be Monday. I will post a reply as to the difference they make with a stock shifter. (Can't use my B&M until I get a different shift knob.)

Kartboy Bushings installed

Got my bushings in Friday and just finished installing them. Now I am not a tuner, a mechanic, or a prefessional driver, just an everyday enthusiast. Here is what I think.

The bushings make a noticable difference. You know how you can just tell when somthing is made right and it's not a POS? Well that is how it feels now when I shift, like it's made right. It feels like the car means business and it has less play when going between gears. I may be crazy but it seemed to be even more noticable at higher RPMs (Actually I don't think higher RPMs have anything to do with it but like I said I am no mechanic or tuner.) I think that the car has a much better feel now than it did before and is even more fun to drive becasue everytime I make that professional feeling shift I get to think "I did that.".
