Short Shifters

Hey all. Done a search already, and all i really found was people had them installed, but no real feedback. I am looking and the TWM short shifter for my car, and was wonder how people like them and all. Also, was wondering what the deal is with the weighted nob. is it just to help with the shifting or what? thanks.

I love my TWM. great product and an easy install. The weighted shift knob is supposed to make shifting smoother and easier
