Short shifter?? opinions

Ok well I was told that the reason my shifter fork broke was that I was shifting too hard. I dunno, maybe I should stop going to the gym or something... LOL I was told that a short shifter would help me save my new fork in my tranny.

Now which brands do can we get for our cars and do they really shorten the throw at all.. or it jsut a short shifter all together..

the B&M Short throw...its a TRUE short throw shifter....I as do many have one....they are sooooooooooooo nice....VERY well made, only takes about an hour to do the complete install. your stock shift knob will screw rigth back on.....its a VERY nice unit...and I would recomment it to ANYONE.
