Shocking

2011 GT AWD 8,700 miles

Discovered some fluid dripping on my garage floor - left rear tire.

Just as I suspected, dealer says I have a bad shock. NO replacement shocks in the USA.

The 9's still drivable and under warranty, but 3 days for replacement part coming from Toronto, Canada.

Would you rather it come from Japan? What is the problem with Toronto? It is hard to believe that there are no spare shocks at all in the USA.

Well, you could be, say somewhere in Europe, and have to wait two weeks for parts, and have to pay all costs for repair up front, and then seek reimbursement from the extended warranty company, and wait for months for reimbursement because the pay department lost your paperwork. Just sayin' hypothetically.
