ShaleZoom3 - New Stuff to the Ride

Installed H.I.Ds in the car w/ Removed Turn Reflectors - Custom kit made by a fellow Mazda 3 owner. Standard 4100-4500K H7 Lights w/ Acura TSX Ballasts.

Also Painted the Calipers and Turn Signals.

Yeah I would like to.....but my Girlfriend doesn't want me to do autocross until i get another car. (Dodge 2500 Cummin Diesel )

When my buddy blew his engine on his 3 doing autocross....it has freaked her out.

Yeah I don't see why not, I could roll down and check it out....maybe convience her......but what class would I be in with my mods? wouldn't I be in with alot more modded cars???

Not too sure with that, you would have to ask Steve(MX-5), Chirs(MX-6), Jamie(Scion TC), or someone else that knows what class you would be in... What are ALL the things that you have modded (performance) onto your car anyway..??? This would be my first event that i would be participating in...

Pretty much just exhuast, intake, springs, & engine mount. Rims and tires if that counts. ohh and a short shifter...but not really sure, but i have heard you don't even get out of second gear

depends on your gearing but the fastest i saw at the primm track last event was about 50mph?? lol i'll have to check the video out again, but i barely hit 3rd gear in a few places, and i have VERY short gearing lol

Was it hard installing HIDs?? I really like that look.. How much for everything?? How long did it take you to do everything? Just wanna know for future reference...

It was actually just a headlight swap. Buddy of mine already had the HIDs installed on his 3. So I got his HIDs & headlights....and he got my stock headlights.

But you can buy kits from $280 to do them to any car.

so you don't need a projector in order to convert headights to HID ? or is it less work with projectors ? i want to convert mine to HID since my Jspec headlights are for right side drive

havnt taking any picture from the side but, I have Magnaglow exhuast, injen cold air, car was lowered when i got it. I got car used its pretty nice
