Severe problems with spool kit .. need help ASAP

Be careful on that thing though. The MP3 ECU (if hes using it) will most likely detonate at higher RPMs, especially with 6psi non-intercooled.

How is his clutch holding up? Once I run 6psi (protected from detonation with a J&S) I hope I don't have to replace the clutch too soon. I know it'll slip, but I don't need to burn it up right away .

he JUST and i mean JUSt replaced the clutch and flywheel two weeks ago. He went with stage 1 clutchmasters and fidanza flywheel.

He really cant help the boost setting, that is what the wastegate is set to. The only thing he can do to alleviate the higher boost is to either change the wastegate spring or get his exhaust on.

As a fuel only computer, its working damn good at 8-9psi. Its making enough power to break my 18's loose from a roll in 2nd gear heh, punch it from a 5mph roll in 1st and it just breaks loose, its great lol.

Have yet to hook up the timing mostly out of laziness.

I'm probably going to sell mine in the spring though and go to a haltech, i just want more control and accuracy. Along with my other plans, it should be a beast.

See, I wish you'd do that and see what the timing can do and that it won't fry your coils. Coils are cheap these days

Soon enough, just waiting for my FC injectors to come back from RC, and then we'll try to retard the timing, and bump it up to 12psi (laugh)

the same thing happens to me on street tires, and i would definately not call it great, it acctually sucks ass.(at least thats my thoughts) =)

Im getting 16's with sticky azenis on them for track use, so my street tires can spin all they want. Not like i need to really hook up and haul ass on the street.

im back... but the net lately has been really messed up at my house.. im at azian6ers house..

man i love how friggn fast my car is now..

i beat an auto mustang gt and a celica gts last night in a race...

the boost is spiking at 7psi though

im scared im going to damage my engine..

im running 94 oct now but i may get some booster to raise it a little more so i dont detonate..

but the weather here has been 20 and below the past few days so i think its fairly safe right now..

i got my exhaust welded on today..
ive got 2.5 inch exh all the way back.. with a 03.5 msp muffler for now..
im getting a apexi muffler soon
