set up problems with the turbosmart e-boost guage

Almost done with my custom set-up (so excited). I just can't seem to set my turbosmart properly. What I'm finding is that whatever setting I make on SP1, 2 or 3 (i.e 5psi) does not correspond with the actual boost reading. My boost often spikes past the seting. Any suggestions?

Make sure that you have a good vacuum source for your boost gauge.

Doesnt the setting is for percentages, and not for an actual psi reading?

Anyway, if I may ask, where did you get it and price...I'am considering this unit as well.

This guage actually displays "live" boost settings, it's quite nice but a little complicated to learn at first. I bought this unit as part of a used turbo kit sale. I don't know how much it retails for, but I give it a thumbs up so far.
