seriously considering MS3, what voids warranties?

im very close to buying a speed 3 if all goes well, and the first 2 things i want to do, are going to be a defi boost gauge and a scangauge 2, and later on possibly a corksport intake and turbo inlet pipe

would the gauges void my warranty?
how about the intake?

i purchased my speed3 new in November, i had a free oil change 3k miles later . I wanted my free oil change the only thing i had done to my car was a short ram corksport intake . 2 weeks later i got a letter saying my warranty had been voided due to after market installs . The dealer never mention one word to me about it the whole time my car was there. They are very sneaky

the magnuson moss act is suppose to help you, but in the real world the dealer can tell you to go pound sand/void your warranty for almost any mod. some dealers are more forgiving than others, and let's face it, a boost and scan guage will not "bust" your car....if you're at all concerned about your warranty, don't mod the car, period!
