Serial number for Mazda 6 2008 rubber grommet rear windshield wiper arm

While washing the car I noticed this rubber grommet/seal had completely disintegrated.

Anyone knows the Mazda OEM order number for this rubber seal?

If you take off the wiper arm and take the nut with you to a hardware store, finding a grommet that will fit around the shaft should be pretty simple.
