sent an email to mazda

hey i sent an email to mazda expressing how gay they are for all there warranty work and how i will never buy a mazda again. you all should do the same haha might actually do something. probably not though
 
For real. After four trips to my dealership they did absolutely nothing. CEL is still on and throwing 4 codes!!!!!!!! And btw, one trip to the dealer is 30 min one way. then i have to wait. then drive back only to have my CEL come on again. I'm seriously debating on whether or not i should be writing a letter or email to mazda with my dissatisfaction.

which dealer? better not be Flow Mazda or i'll get a GTO in a heartbeat!

lol. not flow. thats further down the road for me. its actually lumberton. the place i got it from got bought out or shut down or something. anyways, now its lumberton kia/mazda. which was a kia dealership til recently and now they have mazda. yay.
 
i had to take my 07 in for the a/c not working that was last friday. I did not get the car back until late yesterday. and when i did i went back to the dealership i work at to change the oil and the jackasses did not reinstall the hood cable to the latch after having my car for a week to replace the condensor. holy crap i could not believe this the techs that work there are all HOURLY they are not flat rate so there should never be anything missed on the car after having it for a week.................
 
i dont understand how techs and dealerships make a living with bad service. it just doesn't add up.

Yeah, I've never had a problem with the Mazda dealer here when it comes to mech work... they had the MSP for a week and gave me a loaner car for free untill they got it fixed...


gotta love good service, and mechs that know what there doing...
 
The probably have a email filter that gets rid of emails with words like bad, dissatisfied, angry, YOU ARE GAY, and so on. That's why they think they do such a good job.
