Seeking Tow Hitch for a 2019 Mazda CX-5 2.2L Diesel

Hello,

Thank goodness I found this forum because I was starting to lose all hope. As you read from the subject headliner I have a CX5 and to my surprise, the dealer turned me away when trying to get a OEM tow hitch installed. I tried calling corporate and they simply told me, “we have no resolution for this issue”

So… does anyone know of a good aftermarket tow hitch that will accommodate the pesky DEF tank, so I’ll be able to enjoy the 2.2 Diesel engine to tow? I bought the vehicle to start a business and tow my trailer, but if I can’t get a hitch installed, I’m worried I might have committed to a car payment that won’t pay back dividends.

Thanks in advance fellas, you guys will possibly save me a huge head ache!

There are a few on here that say “Diesel”…but then it says “excluded”.. you’d have to clarify with eTrailer
