well~ hatch all the way. WAS gonna get the sedan due to shortage of fundss~ but hell.. i said why not.. just dropd another 1500 CDN for the gs sports. It had a way better deal since i am getting the 148hp engine in the gs sedan compare to the 160hp engine in gs sports.

Sedan.

Hatchback? Um, you mean WAGON? A hatchback has 2 doors, sorry to burst your bubble, but ya'll is driving wagons. Pick up some chips at the grocery store for me, ok? ;)

So it's a 4-door hatchback, big deal. And since when was the classification of a "wagon" any problem? It is what it is.

So why does the title on my two-door Blazer say Station Wagon, then?

The number of doors is irrelevant. It's all about the design of the rear area. A station wagon has a large open area dedicated to cargo. A hatchback has a smaller area and it's usually covered.

station wagon
n.
An automobile having an extended interior with a third seat or luggage platform and a tailgate.
hatchback
n.
An automobile having a sloping back with a hinged rear door that opens upward.

Since Mazda simply calls it a 5-Door, let's just stick with that, hmm?

Besides all that, the question was "Which do you own?" not "Which is better in your opinion?"
