Just a heads up,

The Momo "Start" racing seat is a bolt in replacement for the factory seat. It utilizes the factory seat tracks and mounts into the Miata very easily.

thanks, but idk if the "start" seats are comfy, and i dont really want a fixed back seat if i can avoid it. any advice?

Just wondering but having an adjustable backed seat in a Miata is kind of pointless is it not? I mean, most occupants are gonna have to sit way the hell back anyhow. Just a thought.

Fixed back seats aren't comfortable for everyone. For example - big difference in the seat back settings on the MSP and/or the P5 between me and Luke...he isn't comfortable with the seat back tipped back and I don't like the seat back straight up like he does. It may be more than just psycho slider driving the Miata...

Right... but what I am saying is, there isn't really much room for adjusting seats in a miata anyhow. You might get like an inch or two of back seat play... I dunno... seems like a waste but different strokes for different folks.

I can speak for both muff and myself when I say that we slide the seat foward in the miata a good several inches to get a good pedal position, and whereas I prefer sitting with my back straight up just about, I do have enough lean room to get a gangster stance going though.

my dad likes to "borrow it" when im not around so he can have fun. lol so i cant get seats unless they are comfy for the both us or a recliding seat

yea im 6' 3"

my dad is 5' 6"

so its hard not to get a reclining,

oh yea BTW when i drive the car i put the seat all the way back and i can still reline it a few inches..
