(braindead Ok I go to the Dealer to have my MS3's faulty driver's side wheel bearing replaced at 600 miles(eyeballs) ( I was told i'm the second person to have this problem):'(
I... kindly ask the service advisor this morning ,since I drove 25 miles to get here and I'm a bit concerned my brand new car has a problem already could you have the tech turn the seat belt chime off? and also check the front engine mount, as I hand him color photos of other engine mounts from here that had failed.

When he said that would be 50 bucks! I said: you have to kidding me(wow) It takes like 3 minutes to do this for a customer and besides you could create some dealer loyalty in this situation. I'm not asking for free oil, simply a service?
Anyways to his credit, he went ahead and took care of the cost on the chime and did it for free. Or as he said "I'll pay for it"
My question is is this normal at a Mazda dealer? since I've only had VW's in the past
