Also ...FSP isn't a good class for the Protege's. Nationally speaking...STS isn't either. I'm looking for the SEB to seperate STS like they did SP.
STS isn't a good class nationally for any car but an '89 Si. :(

actually, i think the sedan could be a strong divisional-level STS ride. i'll try to find out over the next 2 years, once i have another car as a DD. i think 2300lbs and 125 whp is reachable in STS trim. along w/ good coilovers (400f/550r?). i think 225s on 15" rims would fit as well.

i wonder about other gen proteges, though. the 2nd gen ES starts at ~2350lbs (lighter than the 1st gen), which makes me think that 2100+ lbs is not out of reach. however, good suspension parts are tough to find for that gen.

Very true...at least in the USA...there might be a better parts availability from Europe as I believe the car was a little more popular overseas. And just for the record...1989 Civic Si's are my enemy. I still think it's a little disheartening having to line up with a bunch of 2 door cars.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. BUY A RULE BOOK!!!!! Looking to modify your car? Just remember, if it doesn't say anything about a certain modification, then it's not legal. Simple as that.
