Saw the most p5's since the Arundle Mills meet! 3 Silvers on 140-2 had tinted windows, a Midnight blue in DC, a red one, and a white one. I almost never see any on my commute, and it's a LONG commute. 20 minutes from PA to DC every day (140miles round trip). Heck, I never even saw the one that lived like a block from me until the meet!(scratch)

I never see them around here. Except yours that one day. Down in Knoxville though. DAMN... There were 9 of us sitting in the parking lot, and I saw around 4 or 5 pass by while we were standing outside talking.

I just figured out why you never noticed the MP5 so close to your house. You said it yourself in you avatar, "you Asleep at the wheel."

I will implore you again to make an addition to the statement at the bottom of your sig, it should read . . .

P5 the less expensive, less powerful, better looking alternative to the IS Sportcross.(2thumbs)

Actually it should be asleep at the keyboard, I pay attention on the road-always looking at everything. I also am on the road at odd hours 5-7am and 3-5pm. OK I'll change the sig. I never noticed any comments about it before-but I do agree. It does look better!

KYREDP5, I know what ya mean. I could not believe how many Matrices are down there! That whole trip-from MD to OH to KY I only saw maybe 2 or 3 P5's.

thats one thing I have noticed in my time on the forum, the MP5 is damn near the Canadian national Vehicle.

it totally is! it's retarded how many you see. i can only speak for southern ontario...but you see them everywhere there. you don't see too many modded ones though...so basically, it's cool when you see a modded P5, not just a regular one.

I can see 5 - 10 daily easily with white / silver / black / laser blue. At one time I see 3 Laser Blue P5 (not counting mine) in 2 blocks within 1 min! :( And I can tell you that in my apartment / townhouse complex there are 3 (including mine) P5 already, 1 midnight blue and 2 laser blue! There are soooooo many around in Vancouver.

Mazda is catching up to the civic up here!!

I think honda shoe the word civic because you can't spell it backwards!!!

I drive from Toronto to Hamilton and back every day, so it's like 200K (120 miles). I see a few of them here and there..

I see more sedans than P5's.

It's a great car, and we like it up here, more power to Mazda..

Also means, when the time comes and you need parts, there will be lots around.

BTw, we also got the echo hatchback (the yaris everywhere else..) www.toyota.ca

Spazspike, I see it around D street and Jersey just about every day now. Looks kinda dirty.

I also saw a yellow one in Westminster last night on 97 that went into the 140 Village. It's just wierd to all of a sudden see so many.

Id say on an average day I see 1 maybe 2 and that is more than enough for me. There is something to be said about the fact that the car is NOT a civic around here.

Mike R, Im glad that you have seen the light on changing your sig. Now the statment is "the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth."

I live in Columbus, Ohio and see at least two P5's a day on my 20 min drive to work and more on the weekends when I'm out and about.

Here in D.C I don't see them that often. I have never even seen a hooked up one. Not even one with a ricer exhaust or tail lights. :D I do see the 70+ year old lady driving one. I said....KOOT!

That's the way it is in Knoxville. Yeah, there's quite a few, but at least half are driven by middle aged moms and dads. But I see them checking mine out! They're thinking I wish my wife/husband would let me do that...

Mike R I agree there is alot of P5's in this area. I've seen at least 4 in Westminster and there is at least 5 here in Taneytown.
