Sandblaster

There are a lot of "diamonds" out there with LOW mileage and less than $24k. I was going to travel from Texas to Missouri to pick up mine. Are you looking out of state?

It sucks they are discontinuing the model you can only order the 06 new so maybe now that its discontinued i can get it cheaper in a couple months

I think the black and red REALLY compliment the car nicely. Also, there is a Cyclone Gray, (what I was looking at) they are hard to find though. There were only so many made in that color. I'm not a blue fan at all so that doesn't sound too appealing to me but it is your car! I wish you the best in luck with this purchase if you ever do go through with it. You will be more than pleased..

Also, when you do buy drive the s*** out of the car (before) and check the inside wall of the tires. Google it and you'll understand what I am saying. There was only one shipment that was affected with this but you can never be too careful.

please explain

Google didn't do much? A shipment of some GTO's had suspension problems. Thus, leading to an "odd wear" of the inside walls of the tires. People were blowing tires from left to right and making a big stink about it. Videos were posted, it was on the news, etc. BUT from my understanding, they do take them in to get fixed if you happen to have one with this problem. GMC realized that this was not the consumers problem and was more than happy to fix the issues.

ah so I assume if I picked up a 2004 or 2005 I should see if this issue was addressed?

was it VIN # recall or mass recall?

Btw I found a 2005 black with 11k miles for 24k it won't be around in september but it gives me a better understanding of how much I should be spending or what I can haggle dealers for.

lol

I was never much of a 350z lover. I don't really like the lines, curves, overall appearance of the car. I don't really understand its pull on people. I'd rather have the BMW roadster (Z4 is it?).

See, I'm the opposite. Don't really like the Z4 at all. How can you not like the 350Z? What is wrong with you Steve?

I'm not sure of the year. I think it was the 04s. Might want to double check on that..

The GTO's are EASY to haggle. They don't sell and never do. We have some down here that are going stoooopid low because they aren't moving off the lots.

when dealerships apraise your car what do they look at to come up with a figure?

the MP5 is my first car so what should i expect to deal with when they tell me what they will give me for a trade in?

Go do a kellybluebook of your vehicle so at least you can get an idea of what it is worth in its existing condition.
