San Antonio... I've seen plenty

I have seen lots of 5's, Speed's and 3's since I have been here in San Antonio... and I have only been here 3 weeks! ha
Anyone in the San Antonio area here? We should meet up! I just got stationed at Lackland and I know about 2 people in the city of 1 million... somebody show me the town!

Hey man I love your Protege 5, definately one of the nicest I've seen. Sorry I'm not from San Antonio, but I am from Austin. Do you autox your P5? If so there are quite a few autox events in San Antonio. I personally haven't been to any yet, but I really would like to go to one. If you're interested maybe we can meet up at one of them. Also there are a few Mazda people here in Austin that are trying to get a meet together. It would be cool if you could make the hour drive up here. Those are some badass pics you took in Alaska. How long was the trip and did you make it all by yourself? That must have been fun but looong.

OMG... point me in the direction of the AutoX and I am THERE! I have always wanted to compete, but alas there were no events in Alaska.
If Austin is only an hour away I can cruise there no problem! Especially if it is for a meet. Like I said, I don't really know anyone except those I work with so far and none of them share my passion. Where can I look into those AutoX events? I was also thinking of doing some shows... is there a Texas "Import scene" website anywhere?

That's the website for the san antonio sports car club. They are the ones who put together the autoxes there. You might be able to find some car nuts in San Antonio for you to hang out with on that forum. The next autox is the 14th, but I won't be able to make that one cuz i'm goin to the ren. fest with my girlfriend. But the next after that is on the 21st and I'm going to try my hardest to go to that one.
