S-PIPE to the turbo

I was going to get a s-pipe to down pipe combo done today for about $340.00. But the shop is having some issues with the turbo placment. I am just going to get the down pipe to the high flow cat done for now.

Does any one know where they sale just the s-pipe 2.5" or 3"?

Has any one changed it?

Just remove it and use some dryer duct in it's place. If McGuyver can do it, you can too.

HAIL-MY-SPEED - to our knowledge, we're currently the only ones making a replacement piece for the "S-pipe" portion which connects to the turbo. We integrated it with the "down-pipe" to make it one piece for our turbo-backs. Unfortunately we don't sell this separately as the stock pieces are way too small to connect to this.

Trust me you don't need hardpipes for the turbo. Dryer Duct works much better!

Cork Sport is in the process of coming out with a new replacement pipe.

$340? Ouch.

That's a lot of money for some dryer duct. I'll sell you some for a measley $200. :p

$340 was the price the guy was quoted for the custom made stuff.

Side note: Someone should really make flexible, high pressure, low resistance intercooler piping. You know it will be out someday. Problem is when it's flexible it's got ribs in it.

Didn't have time to get creative and light up the pipe from the back side. I just took these real quick.

that's not too bad...it's just small...i don't see why someone would need to change the S-pipe if you are still keeping the T-25 on there. Go with a T3 or a T3/T4. It doesn't seem worthwhile IMHO.

ARunto - it's quite hard to see spatially the depth of the dimensions. It can be MUCH improved if it was integrated w/ the down-pipe. You'll soon see just how drastic the improvements were :)

Ion...my main concern with replacing the S-pipe is that the radiator hose is already close enough to the OEM unit so replacing it with a larger one would make clearance even tougher...has this been addressed?
