RX8 wheels?

Anyone know the paint code for the Shinka wheels? I think it is the same as the Canadian MS3 wheel paint color.

Got my chrome rx8's from rx8club.com. Got the rims, tpms, and a useless set of tires for $600. Put a couple of them on in December to see what they'd look like. May have them painted this summer.

Looks like we have the same taste in some things (i.e. Redline goods, Shinkas on Cosmic Blue, and now the anti-antler style rims). I gotta get busy this weekend on getting the stains out on the new rims.

Not mounted yet. Had to get two TPMS put in this morning - $20 (thanks for the advice there) - and deciding if I should put them on yet. They all have stains on them that I tried briefly to get off last night, but to no avail. I'm thinking it'll be easier to work on them off than on. But I'm sure tempted to put them on tonight to drive around on them until Saturday :)

What size & brand tires are you using?

The rims came with 225/45/18's on them, but there is no tread left. I am going to use my stock tires (only 2,600 miles), or get some 225/40 Pirelli Pzeros, and sell my stock tires.

Got them put on last night - will get the stains out either by having a local place repaint or lots of elbow grease and polish. Tires are the stock ones that came with the Shinkas (Bridgestone RE-040A - 225/45/18). I know I need a drop, but that's not gonna come anytime soon.

Those Shinkas look great!

I can't decide on whether to use my stock MS3 215/45/18 (I think they will look too stetched) ,get new 225/45/18 stock RX8 tire size or go all out for 235/40/18s.

Too many options!!!(hand)

I'll probably go with 235/40/18s also when these run out. But so far these 225/45's seem cushier. I'm just glad they got rim protectors.
