i test drove one today actually and i saw someone else driving a fully loaded titanium gray one, form a short distance th ecar almost looks like an exotic car i.e. ferrari

it is funny how everyone thinks they are so slow, we took our shop caar out to the strip here in san diego , with only a cat back exhaust I was smoking 350z and mustang's ( 2003 GT) with ease I had to race the guy in the mustang a few times he just could'nt believe the rx8 could beat him as for a MSP I can take them out with ease the 8 was getting 1.9-2.0 60' all day long ( with a 5500-6000 clutch drop) I have yet to see a protege that could take it. The next mods will be a canzoomer stage II ecu and test pipe which will get me another 30+ hp after that a port job , we are looking to get 300-330 all rotor HP out of it- chris

just wondering what times you were getting? was it 1/8 or 1/4? what was your trap speed?

it will be paid off soon and i will buy either a used P5 or a Mazda3s
i will still keep the civic and swap in a b16 or b18 and use it for spring when its feels nice to have your windows down
