Rusting exhaust tip - Warranty ?

What do people think ? Is this something that should be replaced under warranty ?

Has anyone tried ?

the tip is stainless steel, isnt' it? take some clr to it and see what happens. use the spongie side of a sponge and gently wipe the rust away. it should work. if not, WARRANTY!
