Rust?

Whats up people?? I have a P5 and have alotta rust under the car, does any1 else seem to have that problem??(nana)

yeah, the P5's tend to have not the best paint jobs. I got this "rust converter" stuff at an auto parts store that converts the rust into a black primer... I did it about two months ago and it seems to be holding up. It would only really work with surface rust though, you have to catch it early.

my p5 has rusty door bottoms and the engine bay by the strut tower....the usual spots are the rear fenders above th tire well and the rear hatch....anyway, shes become my winter beater now...

yeah, i have rust in the same spots. i also have a spot on the hood and two circles on the back where the hatch rests. there's these weird knobs that i guess support that hatch but really just tear through the paint and cause it to rust (argh)
