running pretty slow last day or two

for some reason i am hanging up when trying to post...it just sits there and sites there. meanwhile if you open another window and look on the recent posts, it has worked anyhow...tab back over to the first window and thirty to sixty seconds later its still not doing anything.

i tried jsut about all my other sites as well, no problems of course (or else i wouldnt be posting here)

tried to change to the utmost basic text editor for replies and didnt change anything.
