Running at 75% and vibrates at boost.

well my car was running at 75% would try to die at idle every once in awhile and shake in boost.

Just recently within the last two weeks my car over heated rode it home with the heater on to keep the car cool. It was the thermostat..right after that car ran like how I stated.

Replaced coils, wires and plugs good to go...turned out the coils melted internaly. Guess I cooked everything driveing home that night. lesson learned

I did thats why I posted it, that way if anyone has a similar problems and they use the search they'll find this.

Ah, ok, just wondering. You may want to specifiy as to what 75% means. Sounds like you were running on 3 cylinders, causing uneven vibrations, would that pretty much sum it up?

Pretty much but the vibration was only when in boost wierd but true

well it must be time for coils again. This morning got off the free way turned left tried to accelerate out of the coner felt vibration when going into possitive pressure. Stepped on it to see and yep 4k positive pressure vibration. Eventually limped home running at 2k should be able to verify later on diagnosis.

Found plug 3 with electrode worn down maybe 50 gap from 25.
Love the feeling of new plugs real pepi

HUH? are u saying its worn down 50% and ur gap was 25? or are u saying ur gap was 50 and u put it to 25? IIRC Msp gap is 30

He is saying the plugs were gapped to .025 and they were at about .050 when he pulled them. At least that is my best guess.
