RS*R springs installed

Hey fellow MP3'ers haha,

I installed my springs yesterday. I love the way they ride. I think they are alot better than the eibach sportlines I had on it.

Just about RS*R springs are designed for complete street comfort and are only slightly stiffer than the stock ones! This is great for those who want an aggressive lowered stance but not sacrificing comfort! Great for a daily driven weekend "show car" because they do not "slam" your car to the ground causing major ground clearance issues!

Drop rate are:
1.6l: 25-30mm (front), 15-20mm (rear)
2.0l: 30-35mm (front), 20-25mm (rear)

Spring rates:
Front: 2.50kgf/mm
Rear: 1.78kgf/mm

thanks! I only had a couple of problems. Mainly the endlinks. So I am getting some AWR adjustables tomorrow and I will be installing them and doing my alignment at work tomorrow. YAY!

i like the drop, how much are the springs. I have tein s-techs on my msp right now but looking for a more balance drop.

well I got them used from Japan. I am currently the only person in the US to my knowledge that has them installed :)

Problem is with the msp rear tokicos the perc is higher and they sit different on all springs. I have the regular blues and my car sits alot lower in the rear with the prokit then most msp's.

(mswerd) that is a good point that i forgot about. Maybe in the future i will pick up a set of regular tokico blues to even it out.

drop looks sick bro...i was just about to pick up ebiach prolines but now im secong guessing myself after looking at the way ur MP3 looks. How does it ride, is it similar to a daily ride with the stock springs ?

Never had stock springs I had eibachs. You will not find RS*R very easily. These were specially shipped over from Japan for me.

RS-R USA doesn't sell those protege springs, hence why I got them and sold them to josh :)

Laser..hows the performance with the pro-kit and would you happen to have any more picks of ur drop to help me decide what to drop mine with?

As far as the performance I think it could actually be a little stiffer im use to lowering a car and then the ride being terrible. These ride great but I also think I could of got tires that were a lil stiffer I got the wr's instead of the yr's. All in all the car still handles great and I love the ride quality though.
