Rows and rows of MSPs

this is where they were getting transformed from regular sedans to MSP's right, after comming from overseas? well then technically these aren't MSP's just yet. lol Looks friggin cool though.

.. Those just reminded me all over again of why I love my 03.5 lip, haha. So never taking it off. EVER.

on closer inspection, i think this was just the British Columbia shipment. If you check on the website owners car license plate it is for british columbia, and our American MSP's couldnt have come through a canadian port, so it looks like these are just canadian msps!

import regs would be different wouldnt they? I mean think of customs when going from canada to america, why would they incure the extra time and expense instead of shipping directly to an american port? This is just speculation, but it makes sense wouldnt it? Also consider the fact that there are not 2750 msp's in that photo, only a limited number, like what might be shipped to canada.

ya know that might be all of them....if you look there are 13 rows and that would mean there would have to be 211 cars per row.....but if you look there is a lot more open space on the side and in the video's they are bringing more cars, so if there were say 25 rows that would mean only like 110 per row. And those rows are pretty ******* long if you look closely.

I am pretty sure it is all the msp's and not just canadian ones because it is only titianium and yellow ones there. And that is what only 1750 or so?

it is possible that that is all the msp's made.

if the Spicy Orange was '03, and the Yellow/Titanium was 03.5, why are both pictured in the same lot?

^^ thats what i was wondering. What did they do put the spicy's on sale and keep the 03.5's hidden on this lot for half a year until marketing was ready for the 03.5's?

I'm pretty sure this pic wasn't taken on the first day they started to convert the sedans to MSP's. I'm sure this was just one random day along the course of the history of the plant that the protege's were brought there to be converted. I doubt they'd sit there for over a year.

in the pics if you look closely it appears that the spicy's allready have thier foglights installed and are waiting on the wings... Would that have been done in japan or in the ports.

Also, is this where they were actually converted (engine, ecu) from regular sedans to msp's or where the changes just exterior wise?

Every single one of them has those damn Canadian-Only fog covers that I am having trouble getting ahold of too. So I dunno those might be Canadian Speeds.

the Spicy's probably came to the ports with the Foglamps

in the port, the turbos were installed, among the other stuff

I beleive they come painted and fogs already. The wings, turbo, ecu are all added here in the US factory. forget the location but somewhere in the great lakes region I beleive. I'll look for it

actually it wasn't anywhere near the great lakes area. lol it was in Jacksonvill, Florida.

hey you were close!!! lol.

so are we saying that these are canadian msps? Since ours were supposidly built at an american port in FL?

*edit* I was just thinking. Imagine how friggin loud this shipment would have been on the boat. It probably drove the crew mad with all of the clunking and squeeking...

Then why are they so gay and wont let us buy those fog covers if they were already here in the States?(rant)
