Roush vent gauge mount!

danm that sucks, i was hoping for it to work... isnt there any companies that can make one to fit in our vents... i dont really want to hack mine up cuz im a true screw up when it comes to custom doin things...

why dont you combine the 2 ideas?

use the roush gauge pod, and use the desk grommet to fill in the other area. i would think that would be a viable option for a solid mount and the ability to have the air still flowing out. i would assume you could keep the trim ring too, or something. without the trim ring, it still doesn't stick out as much though.

ok now were is that right up at, i would like to see how its done. i really want to get to installing my guage and i want to use the vent, but i also want to kinda keep that vent too... are you also using a 52mm or 60mm pod also

You have to use a 52mm with the roush pod holder

Im in tempe if youwant to bring it by i can mod the vent for you and i can show you how to install it.

Did you scratch the hell out of the stock trim ring?

That looks real nice (although you may have scratched the ring a little).
If you wouldn't mind walking us through it - that would be great.
I just got my roush pod in the mail today - but haven't been able to take a close look at it. My main question is what did you use to fill the gap between the pod (52) and the vent (60)?

well its scratched but not by my doing-but a coworker was looking at it after i was done and he dropped it- he said he would buy me a new one so no problem
