Room fuse

Hay I have a problem with the room fuse.
Every time I hook the battery cable up the room fuse blows out and I have been through a bunch of them and can't figger it out can some one help me.

It's a short to ground on that circuit. Get a wiring diagram and a multi-meter and start checking the wiring.

I had the same problem, I believe it ended up being that the rear defrost was shorting out.

I remember seeing a thread where someone else (or maybe you) had that problem.

How can you tell if the defrost is shorting out would it be a fuse or would it be the wire and can you just disconnect it and that solve the prob
