how much should i expect to pay to get them done? im planning on getting 18x8 with 45 offset with 225/40. and BC coilovers all the way down.

Why not 235/40? Better fit on the 8" wheel and closer to stock rolling diameter.

because i want to avoid the rolling of fenders if i dont have to. i was just wondering how much it would cost

I don't think you will need to roll your fenders with that setup. That depends on how low you go with your coilovers. I've got a set of BC's to put on the car but I'm planning to stay near stock height. Just waiting to burn off my 225/45's and get some 225/40's.

use a baseball bat and do it yourself.

Mine are going to be 75 per corner.

dont use a bat. I did that and it came out terrible. Im not sure what the going rate is. But you shouldnt need to do much rolling for this setup as stated above. good luck
