Rock Blocker?

Anyone ever have trouble with this company? I put an order in on the 15th it states it shipped on the 16th and i have yet to see anything. Ive sent emails and everytime i call it goes straight to voicemail. Ive left several voicemails and have yet to get a phone call. I'm figuring maybe someones on vacation or something but still shipping on the 16th till the 1st? sounds like my package went to china.

i had a similar problem.

i ordered my stuff from a local vendor whos apart of tha cali mazda club we have.

the main RB hq is in arizona... so i should have had my products in 3 days max.

It took well over a month for me to get my stuff. turned out the label got torn off during processing, so the post office just held my products. but it all turned out in the end.

chances are they lost it at the post office.

yea i was going to order from Bat but i emailed you and i didnt get a response for like 2 days so i figured you were outta town or something so i just did rock blocker...guess my s**** lost

again called all week. left another message. no one has responded to my calls or emails yet.

finally got an email from rock blocker today

"Sorry for the delay we will get this order sent out right away. It was stuck in our system and we apologize

yea it is but rock blocker will not anwser why they would never answer/return phone calls...
