Gas prices are pretty annoying. It really doesn't make any sense. Prices are supposed to rise and fall according to the amount of money that people have. Well every year, employees earn a little less compared to how much they did the year before with the slightly lower prices. Contracts take away benefits without making these changes apparent. If you're working for a huge company like Kroger or walmart, one of these companies that makes so much money it's not even funny, you should be making more money too. You shouldn't be getting a sad excuse on why you can't keep the same benefits as the year before, but at the same time there saying: "make sure you buy our stock, we made record profit this year!" You look at them like "WTF!! Buy your fickin' stock with what!! You don't pay us s***!" People make respectively less and less every year compared to the people who make more. Sure minimum wage is up, but it's not worth anything. Since companies are being treated as people, they hold the majority of the money here in the Glorious country that is the USA. Since these "people" have so much money, the prices won't go lower. Gas prices (well all prices really) should be priced based solely On the 99%. And all the other s*** thats made in china for $0.02 should be sold in america for like $0.04. That would still be a profit of double what they're into it. Companies need to be honest and the money needs to go back to the people and government. suvs are the other problem. I hate SUVs. :end rant:
