Right Door Rubber (Warranty?)

Hi,
I noticed today that my 2016 cx5 Right Door window Rubber is damaged.
Can i request to the dealer to fix this? Is this cover under warranty? Im not sure what happend to the rubber. My car is 3 weeks Old.

Only three weeks old? Totally take it back.

In the first 3 months or so they should be expected to fix anything, even cosmetic items. A defective rubber door seal may lead to further NVH problems if it degrades.

Yes. Bumper to bumper coverage means everything. Take it in.

If it were my car, I would take it back and have the dealer fix it under warranty.
