IMO color match them both leave the bottom part of the lip black if you want contrast and accent to it. Replace the ricer grill in it with the oem grill from an older lower grill and paint the middle bar that holds the hood latch black so you cant see it as easily through the grill.

what u mean from a lower older grill? like get and extra one and cut it to fit it on the top grill right? just making sure lol

yeah, cut and trim a lower grill to fit the dg grill properly then glue it into place.

so thinking or repainting the whole car since there are a few scratches and front bumper/hood fadding along with a side skirt and mirror covers and rear wing.

then leave bags for later i guess :/

can the scratches and fading be buffed out by someone that knows what they are doing before you pay for a complete respray? I know i have buffed a few red cars back to life that had the clear oxidized from the sun and the paint being neglected from previous owners.

Bikingpro5, where is your center frame and latch? I only see a radiator or A/C and slim fans. did you mount on the outside, or did you remove it all due to your aerocatch?

I have a cf hood and have not used the center latch for a few years because of my aerocatch latches(even better now with the locking ones) so it was useless to me.

I have the stock hood and now my cable is messed up. I'm considering getting the aerocatch latches, installing them like you did, and removing my cable completely
