what caused the first set to go bad?
I have their original V1 horns. They original version ones were a little faulty (weather I supose) and it took me almost a year to actually do something about it(out of laziness). I emailed them through their sit and the owner JJ responded that day. he emailed me this,
"Send me a pic of your horns. I think you got the original ones ane they were not as good as the ones we have now.
After I see the pis I`ll let you know what I can do. I`ll take care of you as best as possible ok? You`re in good hands! -JJ"
I was suprised by the customer service so I replied, said some nice thing, and complimented his business. He sent this afterwards,
"Thanks for the kind words. We are growing quickly here and we are constantly improving. See all the new stuff we are posting up this week. You have our V1 horns right now. We quit selling those in favor of the new V2 horns. The V2 are louder, more reliable and more weather proof.
I will ship you out a new set to you right away. Just let me know what color you prefer."
We continued to email for awhile just talking. After he found out about my degrees, he was curious if there was any way I could help with their website.
