Revs drop to zero when I go full throttle and push Clutch in

My car is doing this same thing and has been for a while and I've gone through all the hoses and can't find anything loose. I haven't put any mods on the car - but can't seem to figure out why it's doing this. The CEL will come on for a few days and go away again, a friend pulled codes a while back, can't remember exactly what the code was, but stated a vacuum leak.

I'm really not all that mechanically inclined - I'm in Caslte Rock, CO - any other MSP people out there that can help???

I did it this way cause I still have stock piping and stock Smic... Hons way is cool to I just choose that
