Remove stock radio from a 2001 Protege

Hi everyone,

Would this be the tool I need to remove the stock radio from a 2001 Protege? It says Ford, but I recall something about the same tool being usable for both

Yes but you'll need 2 sets if yours has double din stereo.

Oh man, let's just say I tried to make my own keys. And I ended completely destroying the stock stero. Bent s***, broke s***, pried on things I shouldn't have. I recommen buying the keys.

I usually use butter knifes to pull a radio out slide in the side and the bracket pulls away from the deck
