removal of ms3 exhaust

just had a question about the ms3 exhaust does anybody know if you have to wiggle it off/cut it like the the regular 3 or do you unbolt it if anyone has pics of their removal any feed back is cool

a guy took off his exhuuast on this forum on a speed3 and it melted the wiring harness biiiiiiig problems only 2800miles no warrenty etc....

wow that sucks but its my friends speed and he just got it last month and has like 6,500 miles on it he went with the corksport and i get the old one

The service manual says you can remove it in one piece. To get it out in one piece the instructions say:
1) Remove the rear shock absorber lower bolts
2) Loosen the rear crossmember component installation bolts (6 locations) and lower the rear crossmember component approx. 70 mm {2.8 in.}.
3) Remove the main silencer.

Someone did something they shouldn't have. There is no wiring with in a dangerous proximity of the exhaust from the turbo back.

The pretty way and a touch time consuming compared to 20 seconds of cutting and 10 minutes to reweld it. Crazy Mazda engineers.

The Mazda engineers don't have to take it apart. They only worry about putting it together and the exhaust goes in before the rear suspension.
