Recommended spark plugs

Has anyone replaced their spark plugs on a Mazda 3 2006 2.3L Automatic?

Which is my best option?

Yea really i have a 2.3L auto as well...The car has a slight slight miss i can tell or maybe i just have SAS(sensetive ass syndrome)...But i wanna change the plugs anyway. i would prefer NGK iridiums if any one has the part # please Thanks. Brian.

NGK Laser Iridiums Part# ILTR5a-13G Stock #3811 with a .052 gap
I have also seen Iridium Bosch plugs w/4 prongs instead of 1 like NGK.
Dont know if that makes them any better though

Bosch plugs suck. Stick with NGK's in Mazda's.

My car is NA and i run the NGK's I mentioned and have had no problem. they were kinda hard to find but i ordered them at sparkplugs.com. I havent noticed any big changes since replacing the oem plugs,maybe at most smother start and idle.
