Recommandation for HID kit

So in your guys opinion, xtec is easier or philiips is easier install?

Should I get one over the other, and why?

Thanks!!!!!

Xtec, but only slightly. From what I've seen the Xtec kits have longer wires between the bulbs and the ballasts. This will give you a bit more flexibility in the placement of the ballasts. Also, there aren't any relays to mount or positive battery cables to attach. With any kit that you go with the real problem will be trying fit the longer HID bulb into the headlight housing with very little space to maneuver.

It seems I dont have DRL because they dont come on during the day....I have an 04...is there a way to tell if I have them or would it already be obvious to me? It's a stupid question but I'd like to be sure....

US doesn't have daytime running lights, though some manufacturers such as GM and Toyota are putting them on as a safety feature (MazdaUSA definitely does not for any of its cars).

In Canada, DRL's is law, so all cars have them.
