Rebuilding my B6T

I'm rebuilding my B6T and need some direction on what to do about the crank key way problem. Last time the engine ran the pulley was wobbling around pretty bad. Basically trying to bullet proof the bottom end as much as possible, I don't want this to happen again any time soon. Thanks

If the crankshaft you have is in good shape get the new gear, key and bolt. Assemble it with some locktite and torque it down. I never head a problem with my B6T in my GTX after I did that.

Is that just an updated part? If the crank is toast is there a better one to use than stock?

You can go with a big nose crank which will eliminate this issue completely, but you have to get all the right pullies to replace it with. Also means swapping pullies on your Alternator and P/S pump.

Ok, that's what I had heard about before. Do I get a crank and acc. pulleys from a 1.6L miata then?
