Rear wing for P5???

Does anyone have the DG carbon wing? I like the look of it, but I'd like to see it on a members car.

Unless you have an 800hp AWD 200+mph protege5 then the wing on top is just as useless as the mid one. What is it that the one on top does besides decorate when the rear wheels are not powered?

My point was that the wings shown in this thread are remarkable in that they are purely decorative: none of them seem to be designed to even pretend to do anything useful with the airflow.

So, your point was that all wings on the back of these cars are aerodynamically useless? If it was I will agree. That's not how your post came accross. You singled out mine as the useless award winner, not all of them. Yes, all of them are merely for appearance & equally useless.
I was just providing more info for the thread starter not seeking mass approval or anything. I actually do like the others too, just not the price.

That looks like something I have seen on GTi's before. What kind is that?

Sorry, musta skipped right over this post. Not sure, found on ebay over year ago or so & was already painted sunlight silver & nice price. Saw a few then but not painted & not lately. It wasn't even 100.00 shipped so it was hard to pass up. Stuck it up to the car quite a few times before actually installing then decided WTF & went for it. Just didn't & still don't like the clompy feet. Wish I had something to fill in where the feet stop tapered down to meet the oem wing where it would blend in better. Still brainstorming on that.
